Great discussion! There is so much more healing that is needed. If a person has never experienced discrimination, or been reminded constantly of who they are by the way the are treated in and outside the church, they have a difficult time understanding how deep that hurt goes. As a Hispanic male growing up in the projects I learned very quickly what people thought me. My son-in-law is black and is still treated in insulting ways even today and it reminds me of my past experiences and the anger wants to come back towards those still inflict racial discrimination. I hope discussions continue and many view this video.
